**1. How long does it take to process an order?**
After placing your order, it typically takes 1-3 business days for us to process it. Note that we operate from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

If you place an order on a Monday, for example, it should be shipped out by Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday at the latest.
