Shipping and Delivery

Once your order is submitted, it may take between 1 to 3 business days to process it, irrespective of your chosen shipping method during checkout. We operate from Monday to Friday, except on weekends and holidays, and typically, we do not ship on the same day of the order.

For instance, if your order is placed on a Monday, it should be shipped by Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

You'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Please note that express shipping options and any other additional charges from third parties are non-refundable.

Whether your package requires a signature or not is discretionary. Mostly, packages are dropped at the mailbox or the front door of the provided address, but the final decision lies with the delivery courier.

Upon processing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, which might take up to 72 hours. A second email will be sent once your order is dispatched, containing your tracking number and a link to follow the progress of your order.

For international customers (those outside of the United States), any applicable import duties, taxes, and other fees determined by your local Customs authority are your responsibility. These charges are not collected by AR Fragrances and are non-refundable.

We dispatch international orders DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid), implying these charges are not included in your purchase price. All these charges must be paid by the recipient to receive the package. As we cannot estimate these charges, we recommend reaching out to your country's customs office or tax agent for specific rates on packages coming from outside your country.


It is crucial that the customer ensures the correct shipping address is provided during order placement. As we strive for prompt processing and shipping, there's only a short time frame for order cancellation or shipping address change.
